At EPOCH, we prioritize quality, comfort, and sustainability. Our collection is made from carefully selected materials designed for everyday wear. Our oversized T-shirts are made from 100% organic combed ring-spun cotton, while our hoodies are crafted from a soft blend of cotton and recycled polyester fleece. Our sweatpants are made from a comfortable cotton-polyester fleece blend with a soft brushed interior.
We choose quality fabrics that are durable, comfortable, and made to complement our relaxed, streetwear-inspired designs. Our organic cotton T-shirts also carry GOTS and OCS certifications, reflecting our commitment to more responsible materials.
To keep your EPOCH items fresh and maintain their quality, we recommend the following care tips:
- Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water to protect the fabric.
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat to maintain quality and shape.
- Turn garments inside out before washing to protect prints and colors.
- Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals to extend the life of your streetwear.
By following these steps, you can keep your EPOCH clothes looking great for longer.
You may be eligible for a refund or free replacement if your order:
- Arrives damaged.
- Arrives defective or has a manufacturing issue.
- Contains a misprint, such as incorrect design placement or incorrect print colors.
- Contains the wrong item due to a fulfillment error.
- Is lost in transit.
For damaged, defective, or misprinted items, please provide a clear photo of the affected product so that we can review the issue. To initiate a claim please email us at hello.epochapparel@gmail.com.
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available when:
- You ordered the wrong size.
- You selected the wrong color.
- You changed your mind after placing or receiving your order.
- You entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- You no longer want the product after receiving it.
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept these items back and resell them.
This policy lasts for 30 days after the items were successfully delivered.
All EPOCH orders are estimated to arrive within 6–8 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and other factors outside of our control.
